Worn out after decades of packing steel and raising hell, Viv the orc barbarian cashes out of the warrior’s life with one final score: a fabled artifact worth enough gold to help her build the establishment of her dreams.
A place where people can go to know good company, warm baths, and a cup of fine drink. That last part’s a bit of a problem, though, because the drink Viv plans to serve, coffee, is a completely unknown thing in the bustling city of Thune.
Old rivals and new threaten to stand in the way of success, but Viv is determined, if it means growing a whole new career from the ground up. A high fantasy tale about high stakes and low crime, perfect for fans of cozy adventure.
